Cancellation of items ordered Cancellation is allowed with in specific time limits shown while ordering on our platform. No cancellation is allowed after the time window mentioned on website/app.

Returns Policy

We do not accept any return of product unless specified and agreed by us after receiving the complaint from customer. We analyse complaints and provide resolution based on merit of complaint case. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy and the table below.

All refunds are issued via electronic mode with in 7 days once agreed by us to refund.

We levy statutory government taxes as per the law.

Health & Safety-If you are allergic to ant particular ingredients, please notify us while ordering in instruction form.

Delivery timings depends on traffic conditions, weather as well as availability of delivery personal. It may also be impacted by break down of vehicles, extra rush hours, festival days or any other unforeseen events or happenings. We try our level best to serve on time.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata.
